What I like about this picture is that to me it looks like a the perfect setting for a fairy tale. Where there is this evil and dark forest that one must navigate until they come upon the tranquility and peace only to be found in the light.

This is Oak Alley, a plantation in Louisiana that is not only famous for its great row of oaks but for being the location where they filmed a portion of the movie “Interview with a Vampire”. This location is also famous for being the reason I carry a mosquito net with me on EVERY shoot since. I lost three pints of blood shooting this.
